FORT WAYNE, Ind. – America’s largest real estate company by agent count, sales units, and sales volume is doubling its Fort Wayne footprint. Keller Williams Realty Group will celebrate the grand opening of its second office in the Summit City, located at 6617 Brotherhood Way, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 24.
“We brought Keller Williams to the Fort Wayne market believing there was a dire need for real estate and business training that would allow both new and experienced agents to succeed at a much higher level,” said Aaron Hoover, operating principal at Keller Williams Fort Wayne. “The business models we follow and culture we’ve created are vastly different from your traditional real estate brokerage franchise.”
The Fort Wayne team has outgrown its flagship office at 930 Calhoun St., which opened in 2018; initially it was home to four staff members and 40 agents. Since then, Keller Williams has grown to work with more than 200 agents.
“We are proud of the way we do business and we hope Fort Wayne and the surrounding area’s residents will think of us when they think of real estate,” Hoover said.
The new office is part of a broader growth strategy in the area. Company leaders hope to add locations across northern Indiana in coming years.
The Fort Wayne real estate market is riding high. Realtor.com consistently ranks the city’s real estate market among the hottest in the country, and StorageCafe recently ranked Fort Wayne the top city in America for starter homes.

The grand opening, slated for June 24, is open to the public. Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests are invited to tour the office and enter to win door prizes.
