Kirk Moriarty
Director of Downtown and Urban Development
Kirk Moriarty helps companies locate and grow in Allen County, specifically in urban areas including downtown Fort Wayne. He is GFW Inc.’s primary contact for real estate developers and retail/restaurant operators interested in downtown, second locations, and expansions.
Kirk came to GFW Inc. after serving as the general manager of locally owned and operated Bobick’s Golf Inc., a nationally recognized specialty retailer. He also served with the City of Fort Wayne Redevelopment Department as the executive director of the Fort Wayne Urban Enterprise Association.
A native of Celina, Ohio, Kirk attended Bowling Green State University and Wright State University. He serves on numerous community boards and enthusiastically supports growing our local economy.
Kirk enjoys spending time with his daughter and his large Irish Moriarty clan.
