Laura Miller
Office Coordinator
Laura is the office coordinator for Greater Fort Wayne Inc. She is the primary answerer of phones, greets and assists visitors, schedules all conference room reservations, provides support to staff, assists with event planning as needed, and maintains office supplies along with other office duties.
Prior to joining the GFW Inc. team, she was employed in the medical field for many years, assisting the elderly with their hearing aid needs. She was also employed with the Better Business Bureau, serving northern Indiana for almost 19 years where she gained a background of member service, mediation and arbitration assistance for both members and the public, oversaw an out-of-court settlement program for automobile disputes, and received an extraordinary performance award in dispute resolution by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
Laura was born and raised in Fort Wayne and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She loves the city, gardening, reading, old vehicles, doing improvement projects on her home, and all outdoor activities.
